Terms of Use

Last updated: 28 September 2026

ContourArc is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”). These terms add a few details specific to ContourArc. If anything here conflicts with the EULA, the EULA wins.

Subscriptions

Not medical advice

ContourArc is a personal tracking tool. It does not provide medical, nutritional or fitness advice, and nothing in the app is a diagnosis or a recommendation. Projections and trends are rough estimates based only on the numbers you enter. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions about your health.

Your data and your responsibility

Your photos and body data are stored only on your iPhone and are excluded from device backups (see our Privacy Policy). That keeps them private, but it also means:

Acceptable use

Please only add photos and information about yourself, or that you have the right to use. Don't try to reverse-engineer, resell or interfere with the app or its subscription system.

The app is provided “as is”

We work hard to keep ContourArc reliable, but we can't promise it will be error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by law, ContourArc is provided “as is”, and our liability is limited as described in the EULA. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country that can't be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date above. Continuing to use ContourArc after a change means you accept the updated terms.
